Cancellation Policy

Time and space are held and honored for each client. If the client is unable to attend their appointment they must cancel or reschedule 24 hours before the appointment time or be charged for the full amount of the session. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for you appointment it will be marked as a no cancel, no show. Services are payable electronically with a credit/debit card at the time of booking.
